Activity: Cardiovascular exercise helps mobilize stored fat
to supply the additional calories needed by the body. It actually
trains your body to use fat for energy.
o Proper Supplementation:
Supplements give your body complete nutrition and round out
"inconsistencies" in your diet.
o Proper Resistance Training:
Weight training preserves or increases lean muscle mass tissue.

You'll learn to modify your plan as your body adapts to these

Body Fat & Lean Muscle

each client's body fat to lean muscle ratio. Comes complete
with consultation and computer printout.
Food & Supplementation
This is a good starting point for the self-motivated member.
We will do a body fat test, medical screening, goal assessment,
and complete food profile (which calculates the amount of
protein, carbohydrates and fat for optimal performance and
