Massage Services
The following menu of services are available
by appointment:
o Reflexology Massage (30 or 60 minutes):
This incredible foot treatment targets specific reflex points
in the feet using thumb pressure. These points correlate to
individual organs and parts of the body. Activating these
reflexes can help improve circulation and promote relaxation.
Please wear loose-fitting clothing. Although blissful on it's
own, we recommend adding a 30 minute treatment at the end
of any massage. $35 / $60
o Neck & Shoulders (30 minutes): This
concentrated massage employs a variety of techniques to release
tension in the neck and shoulder areas. Not a full-body massage.
$35
o Renewal Massage (60 or 90 minutes): This
classic full-body massage uses light to medium pressure. Our
therapists adapt their eclectic massage techniques for your
needs to help increase circulation, relieve muscle tension
and promote relaxation. $60 / $90
o Deep Tissue Massage (60 or 90 minutes):
This full body massage uses deeper and more direct pressure,
concentrating on specific muscle groups. This massage helps
to reduce muscle pain. Recommended for those with specific
muscular tension areas. $70 / $105
Massage is available by booking an appointment
at the front desk or calling 728-1280.
Membership is not required to enjoy our
massage services. Purchase of any massage includes full use
of our club for the day, add an additional $10 for any of
the services above for non-members.
Cancellation Policy: We require
a 24-hour cancellation notice or you will be charged the full
service price. A credit card number is required to guarantee
your appointment time. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance
of this policy.

The Pro Shop
Your workouts will be more
fun and productive if you feel comfortable in your workout
clothes. Count on our Pro Shop for the latest workout apparel
and sportswear. If you're new to exercise and would like
help putting together your workout gear, give us a call
or stop by. And if you ever forget anything at home, check
with us - we probably have it here too.
Visit the Pro Shop in the
main reception area or contact any staff person at 728-1280.
Frequent Buyer Credit System
You may purchase credit
at the beginning of each month that you put on your account.
You then may purchase pro-shop items, drinks, energy bars,
water, childcare service, towel services, etc. This way
you won't need your wallet each time you come in to workout!

We

and promotions each month.
